Privacy Commitment:

Refresh Retreat by KF is dedicated to creating a secure and private atmosphere where judgment is suspended, allowing participants to release, uncover, and delve into their mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. It is expected that all personal experiences and discussions occurring during the retreat will be kept confidential and not disclosed outside of the retreat setting.

Release and Agreement Terms:

As a participant in the wellness retreat (“Retreat”) hosted by Refresh Retreat by KF, I am granted access to the facilities where the Retreat activities take place. In exchange for this opportunity and other valuable considerations, I hereby confirm the following:

1. I am at least 18 years of age and have the emotional, medical, and physical capacity to agree to these terms and to partake in the Retreat activities.

2. I agree to absolve, defend, and hold harmless Refresh Retreat by KF, and its associated entities, managers, officers, employees, contractors, agents, volunteers, and any other representatives, from all liabilities, responsibilities, expenses, claims, demands, legal actions, and costs, including attorney's fees, that may arise due to: (1) my involvement or presence at the Retreat; (2) my use of any equipment or personal items during the Retreat; as well as any of my actions or inactions.

3. I acknowledge and accept the inherent risks involved in participating in the Retreat activities.

4. I voluntarily waive all claims I might have—excluding claims for gross negligence or deliberate or reckless misconduct—against any released parties concerning any injury, loss, or damage that may occur as a result of my participation in the Retreat.

Consent for Media Use:

The Retreat may be recorded through photography and videography to keep records and for promotional purposes. Your consent is requested for Refresh Retreat by KF and its associated platforms, such as Refresh by KF, to use your likeness captured during the retreat for archival and marketing purposes.

Code Of Conduct :

Both the Refresh Retreat and the "Host Resort" are committed to maintaining safe environments. Engaging in controversial or provocative discussions is discouraged to ensure a respectful and considerate atmosphere for all participants, as well as the staff and employees of the resort.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of Retreat date will receive a partial refund for room accommodations only. Retreat package(s) cancelled 3 - 6 days prior to Retreat date are non refundable.
