    Dr. Java Tunson is a board-certified Emergency Physician with 12 years of practice, during which she worked with some of the sickest patients in the country. Her time in a field that focuses on damage control — and her daily encounters with chronically ill individuals — inspired her to turn to longevity and precision medicine as a way to prevent humans from ever encountering the health care system (or "sick care" system).

    Jermelle Simon-Jones is a versatile actor whose work bridges heartfelt comedy and grounded drama. He is best known for portraying Bernard Upshaw on The Upshaws for five seasons, bringing humor and authenticity to the fan-favorite series. He has also appeared on Animal Kingdom as Nico, expanding his dramatic range. In the independent film space, Jermelle leads the Amazon Prime feature Sojourn, stepping into the title role.     Jermelle Simon-Jones is a NASM-certified personal trainer who brings a simple, straightforward approach to fitness, grounded in consistency, discipline, and personality. Certified in 2019, he focuses on making training accessible and effective without overcomplicating the process.

    Currently training for the Hoag Orange County Marathon on May 3, Jermelle continues to challenge himself physically while inspiring others to do the same. He is also the creator of Jrambo Bands, a line of resistance bands designed to support functional, efficient workouts anywhere. His philosophy is rooted in showing up, putting in the work, and keeping fitness real, sustainable, and driven by who you are.

Driven by her passion for natural health, she became a Certified Aromatherapist and has since expanded her knowledge through specialized courses in aromatic chemistry, essential oil safety, internal use, animal therapy, emotional wellbeing, trauma release techniques, skincare, as well as holistic approaches to pregnancy and menopause.

    Holly is the founder of Science of Essentials, an online education platform with a community of over 2 million, offering aromatherapy and holistic health education worldwide.
